Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Monitor and control production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Basic numerical, reading, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn how to operate equipment in an autonomous role.
  • Organized and methodical person, but not afraid of working under pressure.
  • Flexible and proactive person with the ability to solve basic problems.
