About the Role:

DivalentineCalver Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pricing Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Pricing Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and communicating Trade Policy and objectives through day-to-day activities for our client, a Shipping Line in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Marketing Pricing Focal Point for designated regions, demonstrating a sound awareness of regional commodities/markets and operational infrastructure.
  • Deal with mainly AET Trades, performing regular structural review of regions' performance against target levels and following up on any performance deviations.
  • Monitor regions and respond to rate requests in a timely fashion, analysing and judging business contribution in the context of current/prospected market conditions as well as Trade/Region performance.
  • Complete timely and accurate tender submissions, demonstrating commercial awareness and sound pricing in the process.
  • Support the European Space management process as and when required, representing the Marketing team at internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage AE WB customer allocation tool or equivalent Customer Space management tool.
  • Be fully proficient with all Trade Management OPUS Modules and perform timely and accurate review & maintenance of same when and where required.
  • Support respective Trade Pricing Teams and Trade Policies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyse data and have previous Marketing/Pricing experience within the Liner Shipping industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
