About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Outpatient Administration team at Leeds Dental Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and training administration staff, ensuring the effective administration of patient bookings, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train administration staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure the effective administration of patient bookings, including monitoring attendance and responding to telephone enquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues, responding to queries and concerns in a polite and helpful manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of patient attendance and bookings, using the Patient Administration System.
- Contribute to the development of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
