- Maintain accurate billing systems, obtain payments from customers, and process reception sales.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
- Demonstrate financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy.
- Foster good working relationships with other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
