Salary: £22-£27k per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes, setting up vendors, checking statements, and performing weekly payment runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Set up and maintain vendor records
  • Check and reconcile statements
  • Perform weekly payment runs
  • Respond to supplier and colleague queries
  • Send out remittances
  • Process corporate traveller invoices
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Prepare and review unapproved invoices report at month end
  • Process Bacs requests

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in accounts and strong organizational skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
