Internal Communications Manager Opportunity

Blue Legal is collaborating with a global legal powerhouse to hire an Internal Communications Manager to join their team in London. The role will cover a period of 9 months on a fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will drive communications across the business, contribute new ideas and content for the firm's main channels, and lead projects to promote employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global and London internal communications functions.
  • Develop and implement international and regional internal communications channels, including newsletters, the intranet, social media app, and videos.
  • Support the line management of the Internal Communications Coordinator.
  • Liaise with Business Services teams to deliver internal communications plans and content for key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to deliver internal elements of firm announcements and campaigns.
  • Support senior leadership in delivering management and communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the firm's branding concept to enhance the firm's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a professional services firm, preferably in the legal sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in internal communications.
  • Strong understanding of and/or interest in Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Management experience is preferred but not essential.

Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
