Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Abuse Assessment Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As an Assessment Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by domestic violence, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to rebuild their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals experiencing domestic violence, identifying their specific needs and directing them to suitable support services.
- Collaborate with external agencies and our internal team to ensure comprehensive and effective support efforts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments and interactions.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to individuals in crisis.
