Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified electrician to perform duties as an "Approved Domestic Electrician" within the London region. A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.


Experience Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic installation tasks, including the replacement of consumer units in various configurations such as surface mounting and mantel installations. Experience in addressing a variety of installation challenges, including CCU mounting, fixings, and cable entries, is essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both reactive and planned electrical maintenance for residential properties and communal areas.
  • Travel within the M25 area, primarily focusing on London postcodes, to attend to scheduled maintenance and urgent repair tasks.
  • Perform 5-yearly inspections and testing, documenting results using software on a tablet or PC for supervisory review.


Qualifications:

  • Approved Electrician certification.
  • Inspection & Testing (2395) equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.


Skills: Excellent communication abilities are necessary to effectively interact with end users, building managers, tenants, office personnel, and clients.


Benefits: The position offers a company van, fuel card, pension scheme, and 28 days of holiday. This is a full-time, permanent role.
