Strategic Leadership Role - Deliveroo

We are seeking a seasoned City Manager to lead our North East & Yorkshire team in driving growth and enhancing customer experience for Deliveroo, a leading food delivery company. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of the food delivery industry and be a key player in a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize customer experience on a neighborhood level, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top restaurant partners to drive performance and growth, ensuring seamless delivery experiences for customers.
  • Lead business development initiatives to onboard new local favorites, expanding Deliveroo's offerings and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute on local sales plans, identifying opportunities to maximize marketing efforts and increase restaurant participation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or strategy, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional results, leveraging analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to balance field and office work effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
