Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Community Care Assistant to join our team. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Working Arrangements

We operate a 4/3 rota basis, providing a great balance between work and personal life. Your working hours will be split between morning and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
