As a Care Support Specialist, you will assist young adults in various aspects of their daily lives and social engagements. Your role will involve:
Available Shifts:
- Waken Night - 10pm until 8am
- Day shifts tailored to the needs of the individuals, ranging from 8am until 10pm
- Full-time contract of 39 hours per week
- Flexible part-time and bank contract options

Driving license and car ownership are essential due to the nature of the services provided.
No prior experience in care is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided by our esteemed learning and development team. This training includes classroom sessions, e-learning, and opportunities to shadow experienced Care Support Specialists.

Your Responsibilities:
- Social Engagement: Facilitate community involvement by planning and participating in leisure activities such as outings to day centers, cinemas, and swimming pools.
- Health Management: Administer and monitor medication for individuals.
- Personal Assistance: Support individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and well-being, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medical appointments.
- Household Support: Aid individuals in managing their living environments by encouraging participation in daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
All successful applicants will receive a conditional offer, pending satisfactory references. Please note that having a conviction does not automatically disqualify you from working in this sector.
New staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within six months of their start date.
