Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Providing social support to individuals, including planning and attending outings to leisure activities
- Administering and monitoring medication
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals
- Providing practical support with daily household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
