Role Overview

Brook Street Social Care is seeking a committed Support Worker to join our client's supported living service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist a male adult in his 40s with mild learning disabilities and paranoid schizophrenia.
  • Engage him in community walks and outdoor activities.
  • Provide personalized support within his residence on a one-to-one basis.
  • Deliver high-quality care and emotional assistance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in the social care sector.
  • DBS on the update service is preferred.
