Job Title: Clinical Nurse Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Clinical Nurse Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and providing expert advice to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week across flexible shift patterns. You will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care to deliver centric patient care. You will also be responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, creating and keeping excellent clinical records of patient care.

Requirements
  • Fully qualified RGN
  • NMC registered
  • Surgical experience
  • Previous experience working within the acute healthcare sector is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
