Job Title: FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team at Charities Aid Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing our Forecasting function, modeling balance sheets, income, and regulatory capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and build out the financial planning and analysis function of the Bank.
  • Lead preparation of business analysis and forecasting, including modeling the balance sheet and supporting Treasury activities such as the ICAAP and ILAAP.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including balance sheet, NII, margins, regulatory capital, and LCR.
  • Support ICAAP, including capital forecasts and stress testing.
  • Develop revenue management strategies, including pricing, margins, and balance sheet management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in FP&A within Financial Services or relevant transferable skills.
  • Excellent Excel and modeling skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Determination and pragmatism.
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually.
