About The Role

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Showroom Operations Manager to oversee our Llandudno location.

In this pivotal role, you will manage a kitchen showroom with a multi-million-pound turnover, focusing on recruiting and nurturing a high-performing team dedicated to achieving sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the showroom team, ensuring that every customer enjoys a premium experience.

  • Drive sales performance to meet and surpass annual showroom targets while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Additionally, as a responsible individual, you are required to familiarize yourself with and adhere to the policies and procedures related to Health and Safety, as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
