About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Atlantic Way Care Ltd in Bideford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling adults with mental health conditions to live their best lives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes and within the community.
  • Encourage and empower individuals to be independent in their daily lives.
  • Accompany individuals on outings and provide support with daily tasks such as shopping and medication management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our service users.

Requirements
