At Care South, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care & Support Assistant to join our team at Kenwith Castle, our residential care home in North Devon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Care Assistants to provide guidance and support throughout their shifts.
  • Identify and meet the individual needs and abilities of our residents, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and well-being.
