Job Title: Hybrid York Sports Centre

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sports Coach to join our team at the Hybrid York Sports Centre. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality strength and conditioning coaching to our athletes, while also working as a self-employed personal trainer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented coach to develop their skills and experience working with a top-tier sports team. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of sports teams and athletes, including women's and men's rugby, American football, netball, lacrosse, fencing, hockey, and triathlon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strength and conditioning coaching to athletes across multiple sports teams
  • Work as a self-employed personal trainer, providing one-on-one coaching to clients
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve athlete performance
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality coaching experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 PT Qualification and UKSCA Endorsed L3 S&C Diploma qualification or higher
  • Experience working with sports teams and athletes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
