About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Cell Assembly to join our team at EVera Recruitment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial part in the production process, from Electrode Manufacturing to Cell Assembly, and Module and Pack Assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide first-line support to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Fault Finding and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve issues with control systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Lead and support problem-solving activities to identify and address issues efficiently.
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Plan and perform TPM activities to optimize equipment performance.
  • Production Operations: Operate production equipment in certain process streams to ensure smooth production.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct product validation testing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the implementation of continuous improvements for equipment and processes.
  • Travel: Occasional overseas travel may be required to support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally, you have completed an Indentured Apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical or Engineering.
  • Qualifications: Ideally qualified to ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in maintenance within a high-speed or precision environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, familiarity with robot and automation systems, and experience working in teams and leading them effectively.
