About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Cell Assembly to join our team at EVera Recruitment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial part in the production process, from Electrode Manufacturing to Cell Assembly, and Module and Pack Assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide first-line support to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Fault Finding and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve issues with control systems.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Lead and support problem-solving activities to address issues efficiently and effectively.
  • TPM and PM Activities: Plan and perform Total Productive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Production Operations: Operate production equipment in certain process streams to meet quality standards.
  • Product Validation: Conduct testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance equipment and process efficiency.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing and commissioning activities, potentially requiring occasional overseas travel.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Ideally, you have completed an Indentured Apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical or Engineering, and are qualified to ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in maintenance within a high-speed or precision environment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, familiarity with robot and automation systems, and experience working in teams and leading them effectively.
