About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our domiciliary care service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to our domiciliary care team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
  • Care Service Development: Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our clients, and ensure that our care services are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of care workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they deliver care of the highest standard.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Homecare Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Qualifications: Hold a minimum Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
