Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care workers, ensuring that they deliver care of the highest standard.
- Care Service Development: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, including the recruitment, training, and management of care workers.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Client Relationships: Act as a point of contact for service users, their families, and other stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Registered Homecare Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
