Position Overview:

As a Junior AV Systems Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and support of digital signage solutions across various sectors, including automotive, corporate communications, and healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Basic salary based on experience: £28,000 - £30,000
  • 20 days of annual leave

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install digital signage equipment at client locations.
  2. Set up cabling and network infrastructures to support AV solutions.
  3. Collaborate closely with engineering and IT teams.
  4. Perform repairs, service, and routine maintenance on equipment.
  5. Address practical challenges and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  6. Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring minimal disruption during installations.
  7. Provide regular updates to the office and IT teams regarding progress and technical matters.
  8. Conduct site surveys as necessary.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Experience with hand tools and electrical equipment.
  • Prior installation experience in a relevant field.
  • A valid UK driving license and the ability to operate a van.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
