Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Future Engineering. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations in the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and delivery of SHEQ training programs to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities and roles in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with our operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with changing regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a SHEQ Advisor or similar role in the utilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
