We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and delivery of SHEQ training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve fuel economy, reduce accident damage, and enhance compliance with road traffic regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SHEQ Advisor or Manager in the utilities industry.
