About the Role

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our client based in Knutsford, Cheshire. As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, providing outstanding customer care and ensuring seamless communication throughout the vehicle servicing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, keeping them updated at every stage
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time
  • Provide expert advice on manufacturer products and services to customers
  • Solve problems quickly and possess a strong attitude towards delivering excellent customer service levels
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record within a customer-facing environment. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry. A working knowledge of Kerridge systems would be advantageous but not essential.
