Key Responsibilities:
- Business Operations:
- Manage the Hire Rentals business globally, working with regional Heads of Sales to maximize asset utilization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business Development, and Sales teams to ensure asset availability for new product releases and strategic opportunities.
- Optimize commercial terms for the hire business with the contracts team.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee workshop operations and streamline global processes for quick asset turnover.
- Ensure compliance with export controls and stock management requirements.
- Maintain quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards in line with ISO.
- Customer and Sales Support:
- Use CRM to generate quotes, track equipment rentals, and provide usage reports to senior management.
- People Management:
- Conduct staff performance reviews, support professional development, and provide ongoing training for team members.
- Supervise and day-to-day manage the activities of a small team.
- Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in independently configuring and operating various underwater surveying equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
- Preparing reports on team activities and asset usage, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Extensive experience of working offshore.
