We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will provide emotional support to our young people, some of whom may display challenging behaviors, emotional, and social difficulties.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating positive relationships with our young people. You will work closely with our Registered Home Manager to ensure that a warm and nurturing environment is delivered and developed in line with Aspris' core values.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the children in our care.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive environment within the home.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure that the needs of our young people are met.
