About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our team at GlobalData Plc. as part of our Healthcare division. As an M&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential acquisitions.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements and conducting site visits.
  • Prepare and present investment memos and other materials to support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in M&A, with a focus on financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and International Finance and Accounting concepts and principles.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
