As a Senior Care Supervisor at Runwood Homes, your professionalism, combined with kindness and empathy, will be fundamental to your role. You will be responsible for planning and executing care strategies that provide our residents with a genuine sense of security, dignity, and independence.

You will engage with our residents and their families, ensuring that care is tailored to their individual needs.

Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will positively influence the team and uphold the highest standards of care. A key aspect of your role will involve maintaining precise records and fostering strong communication with your colleagues.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Care Supervisor will also include supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. You will play a crucial role in delivering essential physical and emotional care as part of Runwood's comprehensive approach to wellbeing, which includes administering medication and conducting medication audits.

Ideally, you will possess an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience in person-centered care planning, and knowledge of dementia care. Leadership experience in delivering care is also preferred. What is essential is a vibrant, positive attitude and a natural ability to connect with others. You will understand the importance of meticulous record-keeping and be adept at managing your time efficiently. Furthermore, your interactions with residents and colleagues will always reflect genuine consideration and kindness.

Experience / Qualifications:

· Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

· NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred or a willingness to obtain this qualification.
