About The Position

Our Butlin's resort is seeking a dedicated Sports & Activities Coach to join our dynamic Sports Department.

Being part of the Sports team at Butlin's means contributing to a passionate group of individuals who are committed to delivering an enjoyable and entertaining experience for our guests.

Typical working hours encompass 24 hours per week, spanning five days within a seven-day period, with shifts scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9 PM.

Your responsibilities will include leading sessions for our guests, which may involve activities such as pottery painting, football, archery, mini golf, and engaging with our Leisure Hub.

About You

We are in search of someone who enjoys teamwork, possesses the confidence to interact with our guests, and thrives in a lively environment, able to elevate the energy when necessary.

A positive mindset and a proactive approach to service excellence are essential, as is a commitment to surpassing guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will ideally hold qualifications such as FA Level 1, Archery GB ERCA, and High Ropes certifications; however, we are open to providing comprehensive training for individuals with a creative, outgoing demeanor, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills, coupled with a genuine interest in sports coaching.

This position requires candidates to be at least 18 years of age.
