Key Responsibilities
  • Manage designated accounts from inception to closure, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with new and existing clients to gather risk information and understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify suitable markets and insurance cover that align with clients' needs, preparing comprehensive broking presentations to secure the best rates and cover.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal terms and conditions, presenting quotes to clients and providing expert advice and explanations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely creation and dispatch of client documentation, monitoring premium collections and scheme bordereaux channels.
  • Support clients through the claims process, providing open and receptive communication to address their queries and concerns.
Requirements
  • 2-20+ years of UK commercial insurance experience, with a proven track record of success in a broking environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a flexible and adaptable attitude to work effectively within a small team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
