Employment Specialists Ltd is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Handler to join its High Net Worth Clients team. As a Personal Lines Account Handler, you will provide a full advisory service to VIP clients across all classes of Personal Lines business. You will be responsible for maintaining a confident phone demeanor and communicating clearly with clients. Your key responsibilities will include prioritizing exceptional service to customers, negotiating competitive quotations, and effectively conveying the advantages of your proposed options to clients. You will also manage both new and existing business, identifying opportunities to upsell for the benefit of your clients. Our client is renowned for delivering outstanding service, resulting in a high retention rate and numerous inquiries at renewal time. If you have knowledge of specific Insurance products, you will be given the full training required to be able to advise on the other products. This role requires a strong understanding of Insurance products and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
