About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Web Editor to join our team at esure Group. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the optimization of user journeys and experiences across our retail sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Content Management: Develop and implement content and SEO strategies across retail websites, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, SEO principles, and conversion goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize HTML, CSS, and Drupal 10 to implement ongoing changes to retail websites, prioritizing web changes aligned with Growth Marketing and business needs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Manage Google Analytics reporting suite for retail sites, interpret data for test hypotheses, and identify performance issues, collaborating with Data Science and Data Architects.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with tag/cookie management solutions and legislation, coordinating with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with partners to manage web changes, based on best practices and technical constraints, and support occasional ad hoc tasks and out-of-hours actions.
  • Technical Recommendations: Offer recommendations for Drupal site updates and configuration settings, and educate marketing partners on Drupal site capabilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience using Drupal 10 or similar website CMS system with a complex site architecture.
  • Technical Skills: Good proficiency in HTML and CSS, strong understanding of cookies and tag management systems, and experience using Google Analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Confident partner manager with excellent self-prioritization skills, high level of attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
