About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's DC in Greenford. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our clients while guiding and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver all contractual terms and ensure seamless execution of food service operations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Implement company promotions and drive sales growth
  • Analyze and manage in-unit costs to optimize profitability
  • Monitor and manage GP to ensure quality and consistency
  • Maintain accurate records of cost and sales data
  • Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Investigate and report HSE incidents, and review work procedures to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards
  • Manage food orders, deliveries, and storage to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
About You
  • Previous culinary experience is essential, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Previous management experience, including client management, is highly desirable
