Vox Network Consultants is seeking a skilled Housing Support Administrator to join our team within the local Authority in South London and the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the delivery of repairs and asset management
- Support the team and maximize the efficient use of in-house systems, including HCRM, Northgate, EDMS, Agresso, and Codeman
- Cover for other team members by working flexibly as needed
- Support the Aids and Adaptations Coordinator
- Support the Communal Planner with resource allocation
- Support the Compliance and Risk Coordinator
- Manage information flow for residents inspectors
- Local Authority experience
- 2 years in the industry
- Degree in a relevant subject, such as housing, community development, or social policy
- Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
- PAYE via Umbrella
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Candidates will be required to complete an onboarding and compliance process, including DBS and online training modules, prior to starting.
