We are excited to present a new opportunity within the Client Account Services Team.
As a Senior Associate in Client Account Services (CAS) focusing on Onboarding Project Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the governance, management, and reporting across multiple functional areas. Your efforts will ensure consistent and timely delivery of programs that support the largest outsourced Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) onboarding initiatives in the industry.
The CAS IMOS team is dedicated to managing our global and regional clients on the IMOS platform. This includes coordinating comprehensive client account onboarding and maintenance while driving technological and industry solutions to adapt to evolving business landscapes and client requirements. The team fosters external client relationships and collaborates with internal stakeholders across product development, operations, and technology to fulfill client business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the internal milestone plan, risk log, and governance reporting.
- Consolidate and present team reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in shaping and executing the future target operating model.
- Coordinate with clients to evaluate new requests, manage the future pipeline, and address inquiries to facilitate successful account setup and onboarding.
- Serve as a primary liaison among functional teams including Client Services, Operations, Technology, and Change Management.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IMOS end-to-end process and communicate it clearly.
- Proven experience in structuring and managing projects, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with clients, product development, operations, technology, and other key stakeholders.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables while adapting to changing workflows with appropriate escalation.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team to identify and analyze complex challenges to achieve organizational objectives, particularly in a matrix organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on challenging and enhancing current operational practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in creating and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge of Middle Office functions.
- Background in business improvement and optimization of operational practices.
- Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant Project or Change Management methodologies.
