About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cast UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in achieving monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain skills by resolving customer queries and requests for product information efficiently.
  • Take responsibility for self-development and contribute to individual and team targets as set out in the annual bonus scheme.
Requirements
  • A full driving license (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Strong English and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive support for sales growth and customer portfolio development
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Interest in career progression within 2 years
