About the RoleThis exciting 10-month fixed-term opportunity is designed to provide additional targeted emotional wellbeing support for families with young children. You will work closely with other local statutory, health, and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person-centered packages of care in response to individual and local need.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and contribute to the regional antenatal offer and perinatal mental health support in collaboration with partner agencies.
- Work with individuals, groups, and communities to promote public health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with other agencies to meet the needs of children and families.
- Contribute to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and the Knowsley Family Hubs offer.
