About the Role

As a Digital Content Executive within the Ecommerce Content team at Clarins UK, you'll play a vital role in shaping the online customer experience. Your responsibilities will encompass the visual and technical execution of our website, including content merchandising, animations, and innovative digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Content Analysis & Reporting: Drive seasonal sales and profit targets by analyzing content performance metrics. Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the General Manager's report.
  • Content Merchandising: Collaborate with the Ecommerce Trade Coordinator to create engaging animations, visuals, and promotional content. Optimize all visual imagery across the website, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
  • Website Copy Perfection: Oversee translations, proofreading, copy-editing, and content testing to maintain Clarins' high standards. Manage relationships with translation and SEO agencies to ensure timely delivery of copy briefs.
  • Project Support: Provide technical and creative support for website functionality enhancements and other projects. Contribute to global initiatives by localizing content and collaborating on SEO, PPC, site search, and online chat optimization.

  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to produce, analyze, and maintain accurate reports.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience working in a CMS such as Demandware (SFCC).
  • 2-3 years of prior experience within an Ecommerce team.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to write impactful and concise copy.
