Job Title: Registered Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our Supported Living Services in Stoke on Trent, Walsall, and Staffordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our supported living services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of support staff.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
  • Monitor and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to person-centred care and support.
  • Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
