As the Director of Housing Investment and Repairs, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of properties and lead a passionate team of professionals in driving our ambitious growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive property management strategy to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of over 100 professionals in delivering programmed maintenance, reactive maintenance, and decarbonisation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create a unified organisational ethos that prioritises excellence and sets the standard for other associations to aspire to.
  • Drive our decarbonisation initiatives and expand our affordable housing offerings to create thriving communities that are proud to live and work in Cheltenham.
