Cheltenham Borough Council is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead a revolutionary property transformation programme. As we bring Cheltenham Borough Homes back in-house, you'll have the unique opportunity to redefine our approach to property management and housing compliance in an ever-evolving landscape.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of c.5,000 properties and lead a passionate team of over 100 professionals. Your leadership will be instrumental in tackling immediate priorities, including a long-awaited stock condition survey and shaping a strategy for our property building services. You'll drive our ambitious growth agenda, influence innovative projects such as the Golden Valley development, and focus on three key themes: programmed maintenance, reactive maintenance, and decarbonisation to achieve our bold ambition of becoming net zero by 2030.

This is a chance to shape a vibrant culture of collaboration and accountability within our teams. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to create a unified organisational ethos that prioritises excellence. Our goal is to become a top-performing housing provider and set the standard for other associations to aspire to.
