About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at bMindful Psychology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care to children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting clinical teams, experience in performance management, and a deep understanding of the complexities of developmental trauma and its impact on behavior. You will be responsible for providing detailed assessments and formulations, developing therapeutic care plans, and supporting the growth and development of our services in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and specialist support to a team of dedicated clinicians
  • Develop and implement therapeutic care plans and risk management strategies
  • Support the development of a culture that prioritizes high-quality, safe, and effective clinical services
  • Maintain a small caseload of direct clinical support across a range of services and support projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve mental health services for children and young people
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified clinician registered with an appropriate professional body, have a proven track record of supporting clinical teams, and experience in performance management within a health, social care, education, or mental health setting.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with area of specialism and experience, plus a responsibility allowance of £2,500 per annum.
