About the Opportunity
We are excited to present a unique chance to join a leading International Legal 500 Law Firm as a Solicitor, focusing on Employers and Public Liability claims.
The Role
As part of the continued growth and expansion of the firm's Casualty Team, we are seeking a Solicitor to join our office, managing a diverse caseload of Defendant fast-track and multi-track EL/PL matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Defend litigated claims and possess a strong understanding of the CPR and litigation processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage a diverse caseload of Defendant fast-track and multi-track EL/PL matters.
- Assist Partners on Catastrophic Injury cases.
Requirements
- 0-3 years PQE, ideally with experience in defending litigated claims.
- Excellent knowledge of CPR and litigation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate information logically.
