About the Opportunity
We are thrilled to offer a unique chance to join a leading International Legal 500 Law Firm as a Solicitor, focusing on Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims.
The Role
As the firm continues to expand its Casualty Team, they are seeking a Solicitor to join their office, managing a diverse caseload of Defendant fast-track and multi-track EL/PL matters, with the opportunity to assist Partners on Catastrophic Injury cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Defend litigated claims and have a strong understanding of CPR and litigation processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Manage a diverse caseload and meet strict deadlines and targets.
- Work independently or as part of a team, with a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning.
Requirements
- 0-3 years PQE, ideally with experience in defending litigated claims.
- Excellent knowledge of CPR and litigation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
