**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Plandek. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving the growth and expansion of our business. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Greater London, with flexibility to work remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Qualify inbound leads and determine their suitability for our products/services.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maximize lead generation.

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in an inside sales role.
* Proven track record in business development.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
