Transport Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team at Bis Henderson. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our multi-drop transport function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of transport staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the senior transport management team to develop and implement transport strategies.
- Monitor and control transport costs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a transport supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
