Your Role Includes:
Intune Architect: Develop and implement a thorough Intune environment, covering device provisioning, configuration management, application deployment, and patch management. Windows 11 Specialist: Oversee the transition to Windows 11, ensuring a smooth migration for users while resolving any compatibility challenges. Automation Advocate: Streamline endpoint management tasks through automation, reducing manual workload and enhancing efficiency. Patching Expert: Establish a reliable patching schedule to keep all devices current with the latest security updates and patches. Project Leader: Drive and participate in projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and achieve successful results. Operational Support: Provide high-level support for endpoint and infrastructure issues, troubleshooting complex challenges and ensuring system uptime. Participate in on-call rotations as necessary. Infrastructure Generalist: Assist in the overall management and upkeep of our cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS/SaaS), showcasing a comprehensive understanding of IAM, networking, and other essential technologies.Qualifications:
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management principles (experience with macOS/JAMF is a plus). Expertise in deploying and managing Windows 11. Proficient in scripting languages (especially PowerShell) for automation purposes. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices. Understanding of contemporary cloud IT infrastructure and operational concepts.
